About Plesh Industries

Plesh Industries was founded in 1969 by Ronald L. Plesh to serve the needs of the steel industry for specialized material handling chain, wheels and rollers. Today, we are the leading custom manufacturer specializing in Engineered Class chain for coil conveyors, draw bench, barge unloader, transfer, apron conveyor, and many other heavy duty applications. In addition, we produce most of the steel wheels (or rollers) for this type of chain, as well as buckets, sprockets and other chain related products. As a leading manufacturer of these products, Plesh can provide complete material handling systems. We also specialize in custom machined and fabricated metal parts such as cylinder liners and sleeves.

Strategically located in Michigan, Brighton, USA, Plesh is positioned to provide prompt service to customers in the multi-state heart of the U.S., Canada and major markets overseas.

Manufacturing Facilities

Plesh operates state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing facilities with more than 130,000 square feet under one roof in Brighton, Mi. We utilize the most advanced, computerized equipment and processes including CIM, CAD, DNC, SQC, CAM, SPC and others. Our workforce includes experienced engineers, metallurgists, machinists, and fabricators certified to AWS specifications.

Our continuous goal at Plesh is to perform with maximum efficiency and economy - from design and engineering to inventory control and record keeping, from materials analysis to product inspection and testing, from precision manufacturing to finishing, packing and shipping.

With 30 years of experience, Plesh has earned a reputation as a problem-solving company. Our engineers strive to understand our customer's process as well as chain manufacturing and chain application. Our engineers have the expertise to custom design chain and conveyor systems, heavy duty wheels, and other products to meet unique or unusual application challenges.
